痛风患者应该选择低嘌呤食物,苹果中的嘌呤含量低,患者可以适量摄入。苹果中还含有大量的维生素C和钾,维生素C可减少尿酸产生,从而降低血尿酸,而钾具有利尿作用,可促进尿酸的排出。除此之外,苹果还富含膳食纤维,能够帮助患者消化、防止便秘,故患者可适量食用。

苹果中含有一定的糖分,糖分摄入过多可能会诱发痛风,且大量食用后会增加患者肠胃负担,容易出现胃肠道症状,如腹痛、腹泻等,所以患者不宜大量食用。苹果中含有较多的果胶,对肠胃刺激较大,有胃肠疾病的患者不建议食用。对苹果过敏的人也要忌食。日常还须选择新鲜的苹果,削皮后再食用,避免残留的农药成分影响健康。

痛风患者平时还应注意饮食均衡,尽量控制红肉、海鲜、咖啡等富含嘌呤的食物的摄入量。多喝水,帮助排出多余的尿酸。保持体重在合理范围内,过胖或过轻都对痛风患者都不利。忌饮酒,特别是啤酒等富含嘌呤的饮品。定期进行体检和监测,在医生指导下及时调整药物和饮食等治疗方案。
